- Returns or Exchanges will be allowed within 5 days of delivery or pickup on merchandise that is in RESELLABLE condition only (e.g. tags/packaging still attached and undamaged).
- Any merchandise being returned or exchanged must be dropped off at our local pickup location in St. Vital.
While we understand the unique situation we are in with home deliveries and no storefront - we simply cannot afford to make a second trip to your home to pickup refunded items. Many other local shops who offer delivery have a no return policy in effect, but we are happy to ensure YOU are happy, so long as you can bring back your returned purchases.
- Damaged/Used/Unsellable merchandise will be returned or exchanged on a case by case basis, by approval of Updog Boutique (e.g. in case of defective merchandise).
- Merchandise purchased as part of a PREORDER will be eligible for return or exchange only if defective/damaged upon delivery.
To avoid the need for a refund please carefully read the dimensions/size guides included with each item in our shop - and when in doubt, contact us via Facebook or Instagram messages prior to purchasing for advice on size/capacity of any item we carry.
*Due to Covid-19, any returned merchandise will be "quarantined" for a minimum of 14 days before being restocked in our online shop.
